Refund policy
Please make sure to include your original invoice as evidence of purchase.
- Product can be returned or refunded within the six months of the purchase.
- We at MillionaireTag will accept product after using it as well if the Quality is not according to your expectation or the product is not well-maintained.
- Products affected by water are not refundable nor exchangeable.
- Product purchased will not be returned not acceptable for refund if you’ve chosen the wrong color, size, or article so be careful while choosing products.
- Product having any kind of cuts due to knife, sharp instruments or any kind or any kind of razor signs will not be refundable.
- The customer will pay the delivery charges in case of returns.
- Refunded products payment will be given to you within 21 days after refunding.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we received your “returned item”, you will receive an email/WhatsApp message confirming the receipt of the item.
- It is necessary to include a valid WhatsApp number and an eligible email for completion of returns policy.
We will exchange any item you are not totally satisfied with if you return it to us within 15 days in unused and sellable condition. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be exchanged. Furthermore, any free promotional item given with any product must be returned if the goods to which the gift was related are being exchanged.
- The product will not be returned. If you choose the wrong color, size, or article, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, so choose carefully.
- It is necessary to exchange the product(s) with equal or greater value than the product(s) being replaced.
- Size exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
- The customer will be responsible for the delivery Charges.
- Clients must pay the difference in the amount (if required).
We regret that the following items are completely excluded
- Goods that have been altered or personalized to meet the needs of a customer.
- Products on SALE or offered in conjunction with any other promotion.
- SALE products that are purchased during a Sale.
- Items that have previously been exchanged
- Items made to order and custom-made.
